Look at all the studs....

A few times during this demo process, we've wondered if it would be cheaper to have just built the house from scratch. We're basically down to new construction upstairs. It probably would have been too, except for the fact that land around here is like a thousand dollars a square inch. So we still feel like God provided a great deal. :)
